Woman Rescued From A Chimney Returns The Next Day To Possibly Try Again A woman in California had to be rescued from a chimney and then she returned to the same spot the following day and tried it again. The saga began on Tuesday at a municipal building at the San Fernando Recreation Park and Aquatic Center. Firefighters found the woman roughly three feet down the chimney. She was lifted out using a firetruck ladder and lowered onto the roof of the building in an hour-long rescue. She was conscious and alert and was loaded into an ambulance. Then yesterday, she ended up being arrested after authorities say they found her trying to climb back onto the same roof and headed to the same chimney.
